Version 4.0 Last Updated: May 2026 WebPal 4.2+

Overview

WebPal combines three powerful capabilities in a single integrated platform:

  • Document Management (DM) — Securely store, organise, version, and share any type of file with granular access controls and a full audit trail.
  • Content Management System (CMS) — Manage and publish one or more websites directly from the same environment where your documents live.
  • AI Flow Platform — An integrated AI assistant and agentic automation layer that can work with your documents, answer questions, trigger actions based on events, and automate workflows.
