WebPal User Guide
WebPal is an enterprise document management (DM) and content management system (CMS) with an integrated AI workflow platform. This guide covers all aspects of using and administering WebPal.
Overview
WebPal combines three powerful capabilities in a single integrated platform:
- Document Management (DM) — Securely store, organise, version, and share any type of file with granular access controls and a full audit trail.
- Content Management System (CMS) — Manage and publish one or more websites directly from the same environment where your documents live.
- AI Flow Platform — An integrated AI assistant and agentic automation layer that can work with your documents, answer questions, trigger actions based on events, and automate workflows.
